They Sign Up
Once your referral joins as a tenant, pays their first full month’s rent, and submits the security deposit, you’re eligible for the referral fee.

Terms & Conditions
- The referred individual or company must join Leez A Space as a tenant, pay their first full month’s rental fee, and submit the security deposit.
- The referred party must be a new customer for Leez A Space.
- If multiple members refer the same individual or company, the referral fee will be awarded to the first member who submits the form.
- Members can refer multiple individuals or companies and will earn the referral fee for each successful conversion.
- Only referrals submitted through the official form will be eligible.
